Smaller 1 bedroom Cottages 30-34 are Weekly High Season $1085
with a daily rate of $190 per night.
Low Season weekly $980 with a daily rate of $156 per night.

Smaller 2 bedroom Cottages 37-39 during High Season are
$1225 and a daily rate at $225 per night.
Low Season weekly rate $1120 and daily $175.

CANCELLATION POLICY
*** In the interest of fairness and to better serve our guests Cottages at Clear Lake has implemented the refund of deposit policy outlined below: Minimum Cancellation Fee $50.00
• Reservations cancelled prior to 90 days of scheduled arrival date may be refunded completely.
• Reservations cancelled prior to 60 days of scheduled arrival date may be refunded 75%
• Reservations cancelled prior to 30 days of scheduled arrival date may be refunded 25%
• Unfortunately reservations cancelled 30 days or less from scheduled arrival date cannot be refunded.
Cottages at Clear Lake is a family oriented compassionate business,
and in so far as we understand the necessity of cancellations, we expect our valued guests also appreciate our absolute need to plan staffing, supplies etc. to make everyone's stay a memorable and pleasant experience.
