GUEST AGREEMENT AND POLICY

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Cottage check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and departure time 10:00 a.m.  If you are arriving after 7:00 p.m., please contact the front office in advance to arrange an alternative check-in time.

OFFICE HOURS: Open 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Office Closed 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Open 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

QUIETTIME: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The resort is a Family resort. No noise at any time will be tolerated. 
We thank you for respecting the quiet hours to ensure everyones vacation is enjoyable.

POOL HOURS: 10:00 a.m. 9:00 p.m.  Pool is for registered guest use only.  No Smoking or Pets allowed in pool area.

PARKING: One vehicle per cottage; no exceptions. Additional parking is available on the adjacent streets.

DEPOSIT: A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required for all reservations with the full balance due upon arrival.

ACCOMMODATIONS: We have made every effort to accommodate requests for specific cottages; however,
we reserve the right to change cottage assignment if necessary.

PET FEES: Pets are allowed in designated cottages only. Pets cannot be left unattended at any time and are not allowed on beds or furniture. 
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. There is a surcharge for 1st dog, $10 per night, and 2nd dog, $20 per night.

SMOKING: No smoking is permitted in the cottages, suites or porches.  If smoking odour is detected, you will be charged a $100.00 cleaning fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled prior to 90 days of scheduled arrival date may be refunded completely.
Reservations cancelled prior to 60 days of scheduled arrival date may be refunded 75%
Reservations cancelled prior to 30 days of scheduled arrival date may be refunded 25%
Unfortunately reservations cancelled 30 days or less from scheduled arrival date cannot be refunded. 
If, for any reason, you require an early departure, you will be held responsible for the original length of reservation.  
We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment. 

YEAR-TO-YEAR RESERVATIONS: A 50% deposit will be required for making a reservation for the following year if made upon check out date.

PEAK SEASON: Between June 25 and September 2, a seven-night stay minimum is required in most 2, and all 3-bedroom cabins.
A select few 2-bedroom cabins have been designated for shorter stays all summer, though certain conditions apply. 
A minimum three-night stay is required during the May and September long weekends. A minimum two-night stay is required during off season in the cottages.

EXTERIOR STRUCTURES: At no time will any ancillary / temporary structures be permitted on the property.
This includes tents of any form, all lean-to structures, awnings, mosquito tents, dining tents, sun shelters, and any other forms of canopy.

Amenities: At no time shall any cabins picnic table, fire pit or barbeque be moved from its designated location.
